Start your day healthy with Chia breakfast
Healthy chia breakfast with raspberries
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 hand fresh or sweetened raspberries
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- a little extract of vanilla
- 240 ml of almond or coconut milk
In a blender put chia seeds, raspberries, coconut flour, extract of vanilla and fill them with almon or coconut milk. Place the scrubbed mixture in the fridge for half hour,but if you dont have time in the morninr, its best to stay at night. In the morning you will have a great chia pudding. Mix with a little peanut butter, and you can also add pieces of fruit.
Coconut chia breakfast
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all ingrfedients in blender.Stir together few minutes. Pour the ready mixture into a deep bowl. Cover the bowl with a lid and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning divide mixture between 2 glasses, layering with sliced banana or berries. Top it off with a dark chocolate,honey or an extra drizzle of maple syrup.
