Peanut Nutella Crepes

If you ask me what my favorite dessert is I would say anything that has Nutella in it. Today I would like to share an easy and delicious recipe I often enjoy with my friends and family.

  • crepes:
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • Pinch of salt
    • 4 oz crushed peanuts
    • 1.5 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • filling:
    • 7 oz Nutella
    • 5 oz unsalted peanuts

In a large bowl beat the eggs, and slowly add the milk. After they are well compound, add the first the flour and than the sugar and salt. Beat until they are well blended and then add the crushed peanuts. Let the mixture seat in a fridge for an hour. Preheat a pan on the highest temperature and fry the crepes. Depending on the thickness and size of the pan the number of crepes varies. After they are all done let them cool completely. While you are waiting for them to cool, in another bowl mix the Nutella with the whole peanuts. Spread the mixture on each crepe and roll the crepe afterwards. When all are done, put them into the freezer for 30 min and your dessert is ready to be served. Enjoy!
