The best oreo cheesecake recipe


  • 16 oreo cookies
  • 1 tablespoon of salted butter
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • About 7 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • Half teaspoon cinnamon
  • salt


Place 8-10 serving cups on a serving tray.

Leave several cookies to decorate. Mix the rest of the Oreo cookies, butter and salt in a blender until the ingredients are united. In each of the cups put few tablespoons (1/4 of the cup) of the mixture and use a small teaspoon to press it on the bottom. Cover the glass with foil and place 15 minutes in the refrigerator. In a large bowl, sweep the sweet cream and then put it in a refrigerator. In another large bowl, mix cream cheese, pumpkin puree,vanilla extract, powdered sugar and cinnamon.Then add half of the sweet cream and connect. With this mixture fill the second quarter of the cup. Then re-cover the glasses and return them to the refrigerator for one hour. At the end, take glasses from refrigerator, add the rest of the sweet cream to them and decorate with crumbs of oreo. Serve with coffee.
