Integral dough pizza


  • Dough
    • 2 cups integral flour
    • 1 cup corn flour
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • pinch of sugar
    • 1/2 yeast
    • origano
    • rosemary
    • 1 cup warm water
    • 1 tablesoon olive oil
  • Topping
    • 1 tomato
    • 5 oz ham
    • 5 oz cheese
    • 3.5 oz champignons
    • several olives


Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. In a deep bowl mix the dry ingredients: integral flour, corn flour,pinch of sugar and salt. In this mixture pour water gradually and add olive oil at the end. Knead with hands until you get a soft dought. Let the ground butter to stand for thirty minutes. Make a ball forms with your hands and ley them stand for one minute. On a floured surface, use a rolling pin to roll dought. Coat the baking pan with oil and transfer the dough. Add drained, crushed tomatoes, or tomatoe sauce. In a separete plate cut the ham, cheese and put them on the dough, then add the champignons and olives. Bake in preheated oven until bottom of crust is lightly browned, about ten minutes. After baking, cut it on the ears and serve it with tomato sauce.
