Hot drinks for cold winter days

1. Hot banana Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 150 ml of banana juice
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • half a stick of cinnamon
  • 20 ml of orange juice
  • 40 ml of rum
  • pieces of banana

Preparation:

Cook the banana juice together with brown sugar and cinnamon on low heat. After leaving the mixture of fire, let it cool down for a few minutes. Then add the juice of the dried orange and mix with the mixture made. Serve in a tall glass, and add rum and banana pieces if desired.

2. Coffee for cold winter days

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 dry dates
  • Princeton nutmeg
  • 2 cloves
  • Orange bark, grated

Preparation:

Put the coffee in the coffee pot together with the cinnamon and the dates. Mix, then add seafood, cloves and peeled orange peel, and pour over 400 milliliters of freshly boiled water. Stir slowly with a wooden spoon, until the ingredients are combined, then allow to stand for 5 minutes. Drain the mixture through a filter coffee and serve.
