Grilled Corn with White Truffle Oil – Must Try Summer Paleo Recipe
Ingredients Serves 2
2 ear corn
1 tbsp olive oil
1⁄2 tsp white truffle oil
Heat grill. Place ears of corn on aluminum foil squares, making sure that foil will completely cover corn and prevent leaking oil. Drizzle oil and truffle oil evenly over each ear of corn and season with a bit of sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Cook on hot grill for 7-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until corn is tender but not mushy.
