Green Tea, Ginger, & Pear SuperGreen Smoothie
Now you can get your green tea and greens all in one!
1 Anjou pear, chopped (keep the skin on)
1/4 cup white raisins or dried mulberries (such as Navitas Naturals brand)
1 teaspoon freshly minced gingerroot
1 large handful chopped romaine lettuce
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 cup unsweetened brewed green tea, cooled
7 to 9 ice cubes
Place all the ingredients except the ice in a Blender, and process until smooth and creamy. Add the ice and process again. Drink chilled.
