Easy Honey Pecan Pork Chops – Paleo Diet Recipe

1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour, or almond flour, for coating
1 sea salt, to taste
1 black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
1 1⁄4 lb boneless pork loin, sliced into cutlets or boneless pork chops, pounded thin
2 tbsp butter, or ghee
1⁄4 cup honey
1⁄4 cup pecans, chopped

In a shallow dish, mix together all-purpose or almond flour, sea salt, and black pepper. Season both sides of pork loin slices or pork chops with sea salt and black pepper, then dredge in flour mixture and shake off any excess.
Melt butter or ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and brown both sides. Transfer to a warm plate.
Add honey and pecans to the skillet. Cook, scraping up the brown bits on the bottom of the pan and stirring constantly, until heated through. Pour sauce over pork.
