Christmas dessert

Christmas is around the corner so I feel it is time to start planning all the delicious food we are going to prepare for the jolly time of the year.

Ingredients:

  • 10.5 oz of locum
  • 9 oz of powdered sugar
  • 9 oz of crushed biscuits
  • 1-2 tablespoons of water
  • green and red food color
  • For white overflow
  • 4 oz of powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons of water or lean powdered milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

Mix the locum, powdered sugar, water and crushed biscuits by rubbing and kneading. Divide the mixture into half. In one half we put green color dissolved in a few drops of water and in the other half we put red color. Then we divide each half into two and dry them with the powdered sugar and nylon foil. We arrange intermittently a green, red, green, red, thin mixture, than shape as you wish. We put the whole cake to cool down. For the white overflow, we combine all the ingredients with a spoon.
