Cappuccino No-Milk Shake

This coffeehouse-style ice-cold smoothie hits the spot when you need a little zip, pep, and go!
Serves: 1

1 banana, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
8 almonds
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 prunes
11/2 cups ice

Place all the ingredients except the ice in a Blender, and process until smooth and creamy. Add the ice and process again. Drink ice cold.
