Black Burger

Ingredients for the dough

  • 9 oz flour
  • 125 ml of lukewarm water
  • 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon activated carbon
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice or water

Dough preparation

In a separate container connect the activated carbon with apple juice or water. Place the flour, salt, sugar, yeast in the pot,add water and dissolved activated carbon. Mix the dough and let it stand.
Bring the dough onto a lightly brushed working surface, divide it into four parts, mold it into balls, apply the melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Arrange them in the pan, cover and leave to stand. Bake at 190 degrees about 20 min.

Burger filling ingredients

  • 8 oz Minced meat – beef and pork
  • lettuce
  • cucumber
  • tomato
  • ketchup
  • onions
  • cheese
  • mustard

Burger filling preparation

From minced meat do burgers in size as much as the bread. Place on a grill tray to print. Once you have banked one side,roll it and place cheese on the baked side. Cut the bread into half and also toss it on the grill pan. On one side of the stick put ketchup, onion, cucumber then meat, some tomato circles and green salad. Cover with the second half.

You can serve with french fries.
