Autumn enjoyment: simple pumpkin recipes!
- a can of beans, drained, rinsed
- 1/2 pumpkin, deseeded, peeled, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 18 oz chicken thigh fillets, trimmed
- cup beer
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
- 1 1/3 cups basmati rice, rinsed
On olive oil in a pan on low heat, put garlic,add the chopped chicken breasts (on tiny cubes) and spin them until they get caught. Then simmer and season with pepper. Add cup of beer, then add the beans from the can and crushed pumpkin of cubes.Cook until the pumpkin and beans become soft, and if necessary, add some water. Meanwhile, cook rice by absorption method on packet, until tender. Serve the rice in a deep bowl, place the mixture on top and salt with carry.
2.Punch with pumpkin and cheese
- 3 cups flour
- some salt
- 2 cups pumpkin cut into cubes
- 3 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 pastry
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Mix the flour with the pastry, then add some oil.In the mixture add a crushed egg, pumpkin puree and yogurt. From the dough, form small pears with a glass and place them in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle the crushed pumpkin of cubes then put it on top of the punch. You can add cheese pieces and serve as a stew.
